Commenting on our blog

Having learned a few things about blogs over the past few months, we have changed the settings to make it easier for friends and family to communicate with us through the blog by adding comments to any posts. You don't now need a gmail address to do this (as seemed to be the case last year) but remember that anyone reading the blog will be able to read your comments. If your comments are meant for our eyes only, email will be a better option. Either way, we'll look forward to hearing from you.

First Comment of the Year

Am incredibly jealous that you are away again and we are not. Would love to be joining you again this year, but not really an option at this stage. Hope all is going well. Bon voyage! Hope that we will firm up some holiday plans soon

Hi Mark

We're sorry you aen't joining us this year too but are happy that you think it would be a good thing to do. We bettered our first visitor record this year - not only have we not left port but we haven't even got into the water and we've had Jo to stay for about five days! She leaves on Thursday morning and we're not expecting to even make it into the water before she goes... Are still awaiting delivery of a replacement platform for the stern, and then there is the question of getting someone to actually attach it. That said, Guy does seem keen to get on with the work. I think he'd like to see us in the water too.

Keep in touch :-)
